Who runs this

NexWell works with dental, hair transplant and aesthetic clinics on the parts of their digital presence that patients and search engines actually judge them by. This audit is the same lens NexWell applies in its own work, offered as a standalone check.

We built this because we kept seeing the same pattern across clinic sites: the problem was rarely the design. It was a configuration mistake — something search engines or AI assistants couldn't read correctly, or a step a ready-to-book patient couldn't get past. We wrote this audit to surface exactly that, in language a clinic can act on without needing to know how we found it.
