How long does it take?
Free Check is delivered in 2 working days. Pro Audit is delivered in a week. Either way, you hear back within one working day of submitting the form.
What does it cost?
Free Check has no cost. Pro Audit is €499, a fixed price. Follow-up plans continue from the Pro Audit: 3 months for €1,200 or 6 months for €2,000, paid upfront; if you move to one within 30 days of your Pro Audit, the €499 you paid is deducted. There's no payment on this site; a request is the first step, and payment is arranged afterward.
Can we keep measuring after the Pro Audit?
Yes, with a Follow-up plan. Month 1 is the Pro Audit itself; each month after that re-scans your site, business profile, AI visibility and speed, runs one mystery-shopper scenario and re-tests the actions you have implemented, with a monthly report and a 30-minute call. It covers one branch and never renews silently.
How do you actually measure this?
We tell you what you'll learn, not how we found it — that's the part you're paying for. What we can say: every finding is checked against a threshold, not a guess, and nothing in the report is invented.
Do you touch or change our site?
No. We read what's publicly there — the same way a search engine or an AI assistant does. We don't log in, make changes, or need access to anything.
Do you guarantee ranking or traffic?
No. Nobody can honestly promise that, and we won't pretend to. What we deliver is measurement, a diagnosis, and a priority order — what you or your agency does with it is up to you.
Can our own agency use the report?
Yes. The Do-Next list is written to be handed directly to whoever runs your site — your agency, your in-house team, or you.
Our site is new — is this still worth it?
Often more so. New sites carry the same configuration risks as older ones, sometimes worse, because nothing has been indexed or tested yet. Worth checking before launch decisions settle in, not after.
Who sees the report?
Only your clinic. The full report is delivered to you and nowhere else — we don't publish it, share it, or reuse it as a case study without asking you first.
